1-2 years of experience with design or construction of data centers/critical infrastructure or large scale mechanical and electrical plants.
Understand construction/ MEP engineering principles including switch gear, UPS, transformers, and circuit breakers.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to use data to justify conclusions. Proficiency in French and English required
Experience to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for all MEP disciplines.
Ability to interpret data center system-level architecture, and equipment requirements, create/communicate conceptual designs, and create/maintain project documentation
Maintain project budget and prepare change orders throughout project .
Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepare project plans, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule and milestones, ensures quality control, risk identification and mitigation planning.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors in Construction Management or Civil/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or minimum 5 year industry experience preferred
